This year has been a historic one for Washington University athletics. Volleyball recaptured the national title after a three-year hiatus, overcoming top opponents, whom that it had lost to earlier in the season in the NCAA tournament. Men's soccer reached the Sectional Finals of the NCAA Division III Championship, ending the year as the sixth-ranked team nationally.

It's time that Pfizer made an oral contraceptive for men. Admittedly, there are reasons besides the prevention of pregnancy for women to take oral contraceptives, but it seems to me that it's a little misogynistic for a major drug company to make a pill that cures the inability to achieve an erection but not to make a pill to help men do their part to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.
